Muhammad Sani Mudi is a community worker, public servant and businessman. He holds an LL.b Degree and M.Sc in conflict management and peace studies from the University of Jos.
He has held public office as Supervisory councillor works in Jos North L.G and Deputy Chairman of the Local government in the years 1993 and 1999/2002 respectively.
Mr Mudi was a two time Senior special assistant to Executive Governors of Plateau State in 2005-2007 and 2016-2019 respectively. He is a stakeholder/ participant in most of the interfaith/inter-communal dialogue held as part of the efforts to resolve the Jos conflict. As head of information and Data collation during the Jos crises, Mr Mudi was the spokesperson of the Muslim community in the State. He is presently the State Publicity Secretary of JNI and member/co-chairman IDFP interfaith EWER Plateau State.
Mr Mudi has certificates of attendance in workshops, conferences and dialogue obtained in Nigeria and abroad in the areas of governance processes, project mgt, interfaith activities, conflict mgt, early warning/early response and entrepreneurship. He is married with children.
